I founded Hat City Consulting on simple beliefs: listening to the client, create simple and easy to understand strategies and marketing, and follow-through. I partner with organizations, political campaigns, nonprofits, and small businesses to help them define their goals, strengthen their message, and move confidently from planning to execution. Whether navigating growth, engagement, communications, or leadership challenges, we focus on practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
With a background spanning public service, community leadership, student engagement, and strategic communications, Hat City Consulting brings a grounded, people-centered approach to every project. No two clients are the same, so it is important to tailor strategies that align with your values, your audience, and your objectives (or help you clarify what those are!). Andrew Wetmore is a strategist, consultant, and community-focused leader with a passion for helping organizations turn ideas into action and goals into measurable results. Without two decades of political campaign strategy and marketing experience as well as small business promotion, he brings a personalized and experienced vision to each client.
With experience spanning public service, higher education leadership, communications, and community engagement, Andrew brings a practical, people-centered approach to every project. He has worked closely with diverse stakeholders including business professionals, nonprofit leaders, and elected officials, helping them clarify their vision, strengthen their message, and execute strategies that make a real impact.
He is a proud father of three and enjoys writing, gardening, dogs, baseball and hockey.
